pillow choice snack automat perfect location dated room no facilities hard temperature
i found a choice of pillows available, both thin and thick. thick pillows are usually a pain for me, but not here. an automat with snacks and drinks on the floor was a lovely surprise. the location is AMAZING!!!
The room was tired and dated. there were no tea or coffee facilities. the air con was rubbish. It was so hot in the room. the bathroom was also dated, and the water temperature in the shower was hard to adjust.

the breakfast offered enough variety. the location allowed easy access to public transport. I found storage facilities for luggage useful AFTER my trip experienced delays.
the aircon in the room did not work and the fridge was also warm.

The location is very good and the staff is friendly. The breakfast is good too. My room was quiet and very comfortable so I slept really well!
The hotel rooms is kinda small though. I expected more space and comfort. It all come into ages already!

The hotel is near public transport stations. I used the metro, bus, and tram without problems. It is within a twenty minute walk of major tourist attractions. Many restaurants and cafes surround the hotel.

kind staff varied breakfast hygienic room
I found the reception staff kind and helpful. They answered all my questions with a smile. The breakfast had enough variety to start the day right. I especially appreciated that the room was very hygienic. It felt so clean and fresh!
I really wish there were tea or coffee facilities in the room. The lack of a kettle was a slight inconvenience

Really good Location and Helpful Staff
metro station fresh towels helpful staff convenient automat
The hotel is very close to the metro station. It's just a short walk. Rooms were cleaned daily, with fresh towels provided each day. The staff were cheerful and always ready to assist with any questions i had (really appreciated). I found the automat with snacks and drinks on my floor very convenient.
I noticed slight wear on the furniture, though it didn't affect my stay.
